Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a MidMarket Specialties Leader within Health & Benefits North America to shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver specialty capabilities for the MidMarket segment. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Compliance Audit, Group Benefits, Health, Equity & Wellbeing, and Pharmacy, ensuring high‑quality client delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience with direct and successful client consulting.
Proven senior leadership experience with accountability for people, strategy, and business outcomes.
Multi-specialty background across complex engagements.
Strong track record of developing leaders and managing teams at scale.
Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
Strong business and financial acumen with KPI and performance management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Mid‑Market specialty strategy to support segment growth objectives.
Partner with regional, MidMarket, and Large Market leaders to ensure evolving needs are met.
Drive innovation and differentiation across specialty offerings with scalable solutions.
Strengthen external MidMarket presence through thought leadership and client engagement.
Maintain senior relationships with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners to shape solutions.
