Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Health & Benefits Producer to lead growth in the Washington DC market, targeting new H&B clients and expanding revenue with existing accounts. You will be a senior strategist, aligning plan design with client needs and market strategy.

You will raise the firm’s profile through events and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring future talent and coordinating with sales, marketing, and consultants.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in enterprise business development or sales, preferably in health and benefits or HR consulting.
• Proven revenue generation and new client acquisition experience.
• Structured sales process and disciplined lead management.
• Track record of growing large client relationships and executive communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly and develop industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute a business strategy to penetrate the Washington DC market for new H&B clients and grow revenue with onboarded clients.
• Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
• Serve as senior H&B strategist aligning plan design with client needs.
• Raise awareness of Willis Towers Watson capabilities through conferences and profile-building venues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consultants to pursue opportunities and develop talent.
