Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce with payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services on a single HCM platform. This Mid-Market Sales role partners with growing businesses (20–99 employees) to strengthen people operations and scale with confidence.

You will drive outbound prospecting, conduct consultative conversations with owners and decision-makers, and manage a high-velocity sales process to close deals and become a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services
• Execute outbound activity to build a sales pipeline
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers
• Manage a high velocity sales process for 1-2 call closes
• Own the full sales process—from discovery to closing
