Odyssey Logistics in Kennesaw, GA or Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Business Development Representative hungry to build a book of business and earn from every win. You’ll be on the phone, inbox, and LinkedIn, hunting mid-market shippers and driving new revenue.

You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to launch, work with a global logistics team, and enjoy uncapped commissions on a base salary aligned with experience. The role requires 2+ years in freight brokerage or 3PL and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.
• Working knowledge of truckload and/or LTL.
• CRM chops with Salesforce or similar.
• Hunter mentality with strong phone/email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect mid-market shippers by phone, email, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
• Run discovery calls to uncover new opportunities.
• Build proposals and pricing with the team.
• Manage new accounts through onboarding before handing to account management.
