You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to launch, supported by an established global logistics footprint including LTL/FTL operations. This role offers base pay plus commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.
• Working knowledge of truckload and/or LTL.
• CRM chops (Salesforce or similar).
• A hunter mentality with confidence on the phone and in email outreach

Responsibilities

• Prospect mid-market shippers by phone, email, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• Run discovery calls that uncover new opportunities.
• Build proposals and pricing with our team.
• Manage new accounts through onboarding before handing them off to account management.
