Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager - Middle Market.

The role focuses on developing new business relationships with prospective customers and maintaining existing ones, with lending authority and a drive to cross-sell bank services. You will serve commercial clients with deposits, loans and related products, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of experience in related banking positions.
• Degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar and math skills.
• Strong sales, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of bank commercial products and services.
• Working knowledge of operating policies affecting commercial services.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Aufgaben

• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide timely sales information for performance reports.
• Monitor sales performance and review with supervisor regularly.
• Join the bank's sales team and make group calls to develop new business.
• Provide direct service on deposits, loans and other products.
• Approve or reject loan applications within lending authority.
• Coordinate with other departments to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain records and reporting for customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
