Job summary

The Commercial Insurance Service Manager at Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) will lead the Commercial Lines team within Community Bank, N.A., directing service, renewals and new business operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key duties include coaching staff, maintaining productivity standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing workflows that drive growth, retention, and efficient policy placement for commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience quoting, writing, and managing commercial lines policies and supporting staff.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Florida 220 License.
• Experience leading and training a commercial team.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC and agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Commercial Lines team members.
• Oversee commercial service, renewals, and new business operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to agency procedures.
• Develop processes to improve client service and retention.
• Monitor workloads and staffing to maintain service efficiency.
