TPx is seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Accounts in the United States to lead a team that grows relationships with mid-market clients (50-249 employees, or MRR between $4,000 and $14,999). You will guide account managers, drive revenue, and align strategies with TPx goals.

You will build senior-level client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, forecast accurately, and manage risks while meeting quotas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales, with leadership experience.
• MSP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
