Job summary

Lumion is hiring in South Jordan, Utah for a full-cycle sales role focused on mid-sized and growing accounts within the education sector. You will lead discovery, demos, and executive presentations, building a compelling business case and driving multi-stakeholder buy-in to close contracts.

You will own the pipeline and forecast, shape market strategy, and coordinate a seamless handoff to Customer Success for complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience.
• Track record of hitting quota on multi-stakeholder deals.
• Consultative, not transactional approach.
• Self-starter with a history of exceeding goals in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed contract.
• Run discovery, demos, and presentations with school leadership teams.
• Build a business case, not just a pitch.
• Own an accurate pipeline and forecast.
• Develop market strategy and position Lumion against alternatives.
• Ensure a clean handoff to Customer Success for complex accounts.
