Job summary

Lumion is hiring a Director of Sales to own revenue growth in the career schools market. You will be hands-on with deals, lead a growing sales team, and build the processes, talent, and cadence needed to turn a large market opportunity into predictable revenue.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, shaping go-to-market in new segments and markets while aligning product feedback with sales strategy. This in-office role sits in South Jordan, Utah.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B sales in complex tech-enabled environments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets.
• Ability to build and scale a sales organization and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own new revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline health.
• Build, coach, and lead the sales team to scale in new markets.
