Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in complicated system development.
• Experience integrating hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Iterative, fast-paced development environments where requirements evolve.
• Experience integrating across hardware, software, networking and RF domains.
• Hypothesis-driven development with architectural testing during integration and test events.
• Ability to link execution work to mission intent and architectural hypotheses.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define: refine mission intent and system scope; surface risks early; decompose customer requirements.
• Design: support system architecture and interface definition; create diagrams and interface docs; cross-discipline collaboration.
• De-risk: model, simulate, and conduct integration experiments; plan and execute tests; capture expected vs. observed behavior.
• Deliver: support integration and verification; ensure behavior aligns with mission intent; document outcomes; participate in root cause analysis.
