Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Planner/Scheduler (Intermediate/Mid Level) to join our team. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical reviews, and support time impact analyses across multi-disciplinary projects.

The role offers a hybrid model with two days in-office and potential client-site work, focusing on delivering high-quality scheduling services. You will engage with engineering and construction teams, develop dashboards in PowerBI, and maintain schedule baselines while communicating

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or related work experience in lieu of education.
• Hybrid model: two days a week at Jacobs office nearest you.
• Experience developing/ analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in sectors such as Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Produce variance reports and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses and other schedule analyses for projects.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain Baselines and change control processes.
