Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Intermediate or Mid Level Planner/Scheduler to join our team. You will interact with engineering and construction to understand conflicts that impact program schedules, analyze CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews, and conduct Time Impact Analyses.

We offer hybrid work with two days in a Jacobs office nearest you or at the client site, and opportunities to grow across our global company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field (or related work experience in lieu of education).
• Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at our assigned Jacobs office nearest you.
• Demonstrated experience developing, and analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Conduct variance reports, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and both Technical Schedule Reviews.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain client relationships.
• Support hybrid/onsite work with two days in the office or at the client site.
