Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Intermediate/Mid Level Planner/Scheduler for a role that blends schedule development and analysis with client-facing responsibilities. You will evaluate CPM schedules, perform schedule reviews, and deliver technical TIAs for complex, multi-disciplinary programs.

The position supports a hybrid model (two days in a Jacobs office near you or at the client site) with opportunities to grow across our global portfolio.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
Degree in a related field or related work experience in lieu of education.
Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at our assigned Jacobs office nearest you.
Demonstrated experience developing, and analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex projects.
Experience in sectors such as Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
Conduct variance reports, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
Perform Technical Schedule Reviews and Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
