Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Intermediate/Mid Level Planner / Scheduler to support scheduling for large-scale projects across multiple sectors in the United States. The role combines hybrid work, two days onsite at the nearest Jacobs office or client site, with flexibility to engage remotely as needed.

You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews, time impact analyses, and develop scheduling workarounds, reports, and dashboards to support client needs and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Planning/Scheduling or related
• Hybrid work model: two days per week in Jacobs office or client site
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large multi-disciplinary projects
• Familiarity with schedule baselines, logic, and change control

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractor CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses and develop schedule improvements
• Prepare variance reports and schedule dashboards for clients
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and support delivery
