Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Intermediate or Mid Level Planner / Scheduler to join our team in the United States. You will interact with engineering and construction to understand issues impacting program schedules and you’ll analyze contractors’ CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews, and provide insights to improve schedules.

The role supports a hybrid work model with two days in the office and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Hybrid model two days a week at Jacobs office.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale projects.
• Experience in sectors such as Vertical Construction, Infrastructure, or Energy.
• Constructability and value engineering analysis experience related to schedules.
• Experience with schedule baselines, logic, and change control processes.
• Understanding of critical path analysis, float management, and delay analysis methods (TIA, as-built).
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Prepare variance reports and recommend schedule improvements.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses and maintain baseline integrity.
