Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Intermediate or Mid Level Planner/Scheduler to join our team. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical reviews, and deliver high-quality scheduling services across multi-disciplinary projects.

The role supports a hybrid model with two days in the Jacobs office or at a client site, collaborating with engineering and construction teams to resolve conflicts and improve project delivery. Excellent communication and schedule analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field (OR) related work experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at Jacobs office or client site.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with sectors such as Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil and Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors' CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Conduct variance reports and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and integrated Master Schedule reviews.
• Interact with clients, representing Jacobs with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Support development and maintenance of schedule baselines, logic, and change control processes.
