Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Intermediate/Mid Level Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will review and analyze schedules for large projects, interact with clients, and apply scheduling best practices across diverse sectors.

A hybrid work model is available, with two days on-site and opportunities to collaborate across Jacobs offices and client sites. You will leverage CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and earned value techniques, while advancing your scheduling solutions and client

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
Degree in a related field or related work experience.
Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at Jacobs office nearest you.
Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
Experience in one or more sectors: Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

Interact with engineering and construction teams to understand issues impacting Program schedules.
Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews and time impact analyses.
Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop, maintain, and enhance schedule baselines, change control, and progress reporting.
