Process Engineers work in every aspect of a project—from controls, packaging, mechanical, electrical, building systems, to start-up—providing expertise in flow diagrams, P&ID, layout, install, and commissioning across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or process engineering.
• 4-7 years of work experience developing process designs for food and beverage facilities.
• 4-7 years of work experience preparing process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• 4-7 years of work experience sizing and specification of process and process utility equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% annually.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop process design basis and select unit operations.
• Prepare process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• Size and specify process and process utility equipment.
• Coordinate with other project disciplines.
• Assist project management with scope, budget and process related work schedules.
• Provide onsite construction start-up and commissioning support.
