Job summary

SCIO Automation North America is looking for a Mid-Level Process Controls Engineer based in Lansing, MI, with 4–8 years of experience. In this role, you will design and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems for water/wastewater applications. The position offers a hybrid work model with approximately 75% remote work and 25% on-site responsibilities.

The ideal candidate possesses strong programming skills, particularly in Trihedral VTScada, and has a deep understanding of industrial networks and control systems.

Qualifications

4–8 years of hands-on experience in programming and commissioning PLC/SCADA systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Design, program, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
Develop PLC programs and maintain SCADA applications.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks.
Provide on-site startup and client training.
