Job summary

SCIO Automation North America is looking for a Mid-Level Process Controls Engineer based in Southeast Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely for about 75% of the time and directly on-site for 25%.

This role involves designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for water/wastewater and general industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant experience and strong skills in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial control systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA programming.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Develop and maintain SCADA applications.
• Provide on-site startup, commissioning, and client training.
