Job summary

Indiana University Health (IU Health) is seeking an IS Engineer – Intermediary to support and engineer our Microsoft 365 platform. You will collaborate with administrators, senior engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability and adoption of collaboration tools.

You will balance daily operational support with platform improvements, automation, and governance initiatives, driving security, compliance, and modernization across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience preferred.
• Experience working with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents and service requests.
• Develop PowerShell automation and support Azure automation tasks.
• Lead governance, compliance, and security initiatives across the M365 environment.
• Participate in migrations, platform upgrades, and adoption initiatives.
