Zaddy Solutions, a leading international law firm, seeks a Labor & Employment Counsel to join its Los Angeles or San Francisco team in a hybrid capacity. The role targets a senior employment litigator who will own major matters, supervise junior attorneys, and deliver strategic guidance to a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of employment litigation experience, California Bar active status, and a track record of leading teams and handling high-stakes disputes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 10+ years of employment litigation practice.
• Strong background handling single-plaintiff matters and wage/hour class actions.
• Ability to independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Proven leadership skills including mentoring and supervising associates and staff.
• Significant deposition, courtroom, hearing, and motion practice experience.
• Sound case management, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Familiarity with employment counseling and preventative workplace advice preferred.
• Strong business development aptitude and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Serve as lead or day-to-day case manager on sophisticated disputes.
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee case execution through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle court appearances.
• Supervise associates, paralegals, and other litigation team members.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and provide strategic guidance.
• Advise employers on risk management and workplace compliance.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver client solutions.
• Contribute to client development initiatives and growth of the practice.

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join its highly regarded Labor & Employment Practice Group in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior employment litigator to assume a leadership role within a sophisticated practice known for handling complex workplace disputes and providing strategic advice to employers.

The successful candidate will take ownership of significant litigation matters, supervise junior attorneys, advise clients on employment-related risks, and help grow a collaborative, high-performing practice serving a diverse client base.

Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
