Responsibilities

• Applying and starting to lead and promote WWT Core Values and best practices.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Functional Design: Contribute to the development of functional designs that meet business requirements.
• Solution Development: Assist in the development and implementation of functional solutions.
• Analysis and Validation: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional designs, workflows, and user requirements.
• Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Mentorship and Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, developers, leadership, and business teams.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support and address functional/technical issues.
• Agile Methodology: Engage in Agile development practices (sprint planning, standups, demos).
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn and understand WWT’s business and technical processes.
