World Wide Technology (WWT) is looking for a senior full-stack engineer to translate business needs into IT solutions, integrating AI features and workflows across programs. You will collaborate with teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities and maintain high technical standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring, staying current with AI tech, and contributing to scalable, secure software solutions and agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/MBA in CS, MIS, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years experience with web, data and AI tech stacks listed below.
• Experience with AI development tools and coding assistants.
• Familiarity with AI SDKs and LangChain is a plus.
• Experience integrating AI into production workflows is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile web development processes and testing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into IT solutions across programs and initiatives.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI-enabled features and workflows.
• Mentor team members on AI-assisted development and architectural practices.
• Stay current with AI tech and propose value-added adoptions.
• Contribute to web platform quality, release planning, and testing.
