Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.
• NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in interior design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling in presentations.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with FF&E, lighting, sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of interior design and interior architecture, including programming and space planning.
• Assist or lead programming efforts and analysis.
• Perform design assignments with general direction and independence.
• Develop design and technical solutions across project phases; create graphics and models.
• Produce design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models.
• Research products/materials and review projects to inform documentation.
• Support project narratives for performance goals and integration.
• Contribute to project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in Construction Administration and project close-out.
• Support office-wide initiatives and marketing.
