Qualifications

• Professional interior design or architectural degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, management and organizational skills.
• Experience leading user group meetings.
• Previous project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams to generate, develop, and deliver quality design projects.
• Mentor and lead team members from concept design through construction administration.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
• Independently develop project proposals and manage work plans.
• Participate in business development activities and advise in marketing pursuits.
• Advocate for an inclusive, supportive work culture.
