Astrion is seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Representative in Arlington, VA or Huntsville, AL, full-time exempt. You will independently administer prime contracts and subcontracts of routine to moderate complexity, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities include supporting proposal activities, serving as the contract liaison with government officers and subcontractors, and guiding program teams on funding, deliverables, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field with at least five years of contracts administration experience; or 8–10 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with federal contracting practices and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Independently administer prime contracts and subcontracts of routine to moderate complexity through closeout.
• Support the proposal lifecycle by reviewing solicitations and assisting with contractual volumes.
• Serve as contract point of contact for Government Contracting Officers, CORs, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide contractual guidance to Program Managers regarding contract interpretation, funding, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor contract performance by tracking funding, cost, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Lead negotiation of routine contract modifications and support more complex terms under supervision.
• Interpret and apply FAR/DFARS in daily contract administration and maintain contract files.
