Peraton is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer - SATCOM in Seal Beach, CA to design and develop secure, scalable platform services for satellite ground communications. You will contribute to backend Python APIs, PostgreSQL schemas, microservices, and frontend work with TypeScript within an Agile team.

The role requires 7+ years experience or 5+ with a degree, plus a Top-Secret clearance with potential upgrade to TS/SCI.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience with the listed degrees.
• Top-Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• Proficient in Python backend development.
• Experience in PostgreSQL database design and development.
• Experience with microservices and security mechanisms like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Frontend development using TypeScript and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with Git-based source control (GitHub/GitLab).
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.

Responsabilidades

• Develop backend services in Python, including APIs and services.
• Build and maintain PostgreSQL database structures and queries.
• Implement microservices and security using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Contribute to frontend development with TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with structured troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on code reviews using Git-based workflows.
• Support containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
