Job summary

A. Harold & Associates is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support FMS programs for the F/A-18 fleets at NAS Patuxent River. The role covers coordination of LORs/LOAs, P&A data, and case amendments for global partners and DoD stakeholders.

In this mid-level position you will manage lifecycle tracking, funding analysis, and modification timelines, ensuring compliance with Navy and DoD policies while interfacing with PMA teams, international reps, and industry contractors.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• BA or BS from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track LOA/LOR, P&A data, and case amendments for F/A-18 fleets.
• Monitor, reconcile, and analyze FMS case funding and budgets.
• Prepare program status reports, schedules, and briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership.
• Interface between NAVAIR PMA technical teams, international military reps, U.S. government entities, and defense contractors.
• Ensure activities comply with DoD FMR, SAMM, and ITAR.
