Anonymous Firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a mid-level Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join its national practice. The role offers exposure to high-stakes financial disputes, including corporate debt restructurings and related litigation, with a collaborative, integrated team.

The candidate will have a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, Texas Bar status, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm, with experience in financial services or restructuring

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting, discovery, and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft complex motions and memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to execute case strategy.
• Provide timely, practical, strategic advice on litigation and risk management.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation.
