AmLaw 100 international law firm in Dallas seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Finance & Restructuring Practice. The role offers exposure to high-stakes financial disputes and requires experience in restructuring-related litigation, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas bar in good standing, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm or equivalent.

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas in good standing required.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a large firm preferred.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic litigation advice and risk management.
