• Manage a portfolio of approximately 350-600 mid-level donors and raise $1-3M in annual revenue within 12–18 months.
• Identify the 100+ donors most likely to respond to personal engagement and transition them to major gifts.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and optimize lifetime value.
• Provide scalable stewardship through regular conversations via phone/video.
• Develop a metrics-driven portfolio strategy with CRM updates.
• Segment and prioritize outreach using wealth screening or engagement scoring.
• Demonstrate ROI and appreciation to donors.
• Become an expert on charity: water’s programs and stay updated on WASH issues.
