• Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of related fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of 500–750 mid-level donors with touchpoint plans and revenue goals.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards donors using AI, calls, notes, emails and impact communications.
• Qualifies new mid-level prospects from various sources and documents qualification notes within 30 days.
• Maintains donor retention targets and tracks year-over-year revenue from the same donors.
• Keeps CRM records complete and timely, logs all activities and gifts per protocol.
• Collaborates with the Director of Individual Gifts to graduate donors into major gifts portfolios.
• Coordinates with direct mail and digital fundraising to ensure a coherent high-touch donor experience.
• Surfaces planned-giving conversations where appropriate.
