Fresno Mission is seeking a Donor Relations Officer, Mid-Level Giving to cultivate meaningful partnerships with our donors and deepen their support for the Mission's work. You will manage a portfolio of 400–600 mid-level donors, focusing on personalized outreach, stewardship, and growth in giving.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 400 to 600 mid-level donors with engagement and revenue growth.
• Build genuine relationships with donors through phone calls, emails, meetings, tours, events, and touchpoints.
• Develop and carry out relationship strategies based on donor giving history and interests.
• Identify opportunities to retain, re-engage, and increase donor giving, pursuing deeper engagement or major gifts.
• Maintain accurate donor records and meet fundraising, retention, engagement, and activity goals.
