• Minimum 3 years in fundraising, donor relations, or related experience.
• Experience managing a relationship-based portfolio is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRMs and data reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manages a qualified portfolio of approximately 150–250 donors with cultivation and revenue goals.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and steward portfolio donors via AI, visits, calls, notes, emails.
• Qualifies new prospects from direct mail, events, referrals, and research.
• Achieves donor retention, upgrades, and revenue goals for assigned relationships.
• Keeps complete CRM records and collaborates with leadership on donor strategies.
• Develops donor proposals and materials for fundraising initiatives.
• Identifies planned giving opportunities and advances conversations with leadership.
• Conducts prospect research to match donor interests with organizational priorities.
• Participates in donor events and site visits to deepen engagement.
• Keeps senior staff informed on key donors and portfolio performance.
