Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to grow our donor base and engagement among individuals giving under $10,000 annually. The role will manage a donor portfolio and drive stewardship across campaigns.

Responsibilities include coordinating annual appeals, producing campaigns, and collaborating with Major Gifts and Events teams to expand mid-level donor engagement. Requires strong communication and donor data expertise.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of donor-facing experience.
• Proven track record of engaging donors.
• Strong communication skills with public speaking ability.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Discretion around handling confidential donor information.
• Proficient in Raiser's Edge and MS Office.

• Grow a portfolio of individual donors under $10,000 annually.
• Collaborate with Communications and Development teams on annual giving appeals.
• Implement production schedules for fundraising campaigns.
• Write compelling content and design multimedia engagements.
