Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician in Richmond, Virginia. The role offers a stable career path with weekly pay and strong benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO from day one, and 401(k) employer match.

Shift is second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) with weekends off. Eligible candidates will perform vehicle maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, utilize diagnostics, and contribute to a safety-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have basic tools and demonstrated aptitude for mechanical repair.

Responsabilités

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses standard mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic equipment when applicable.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine the nature of the complaint.
• Ensures compliance with safety, DOT, MOT guidelines.
