Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician in Neenah, WI. The role offers a stable employer, weekly pay, and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, with a second shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) and Monday–Friday schedule. Training and advancement opportunities are available, along with generous bonuses and veteran incentives. Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational/technical certification,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools are required for the role.
• CDL class A preferred; must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Identifies root causes and performs repairs as required.
• Performs facility maintenance and assists customers/drivers to determine the nature of the issue.
• Uses Shop Management System and electronic documentation.
• Complies with safety, DOT, and MOT guidelines.
• Performs additional support duties as needed to support operations.
