Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation from pre-trial discovery to trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues, including contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law and admiralty law.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred.
