Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes matters of national and international significance, with emphasis on product liability and commercial issues in aviation and transportation.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing, complete experience across all litigation stages, and a strong academic record. The role offers opportunities across US offices with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues such as contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty matters.
• Clerkship experience, especially appellate, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
