Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation: pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues (contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters with national and international significance, emphasis on aviation and transportation sectors.
• Handle all stages of litigation from pre-trial to trial, including discovery and motions.
• Collaborate with experts and other professionals to develop and execute case strategy.
• Maintain high standards of client service and professional ethics throughout the engagement.
