Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP invites a mid-level associate (4-6 years) to join our complex litigation group, handling high-stakes matters of national and international significance, including product liability and commercial disputes in aviation and transportation.

Strong written advocacy, broad litigation experience, superb academics, and a client‑centered approach are essential. Clerkship experience is strongly preferred; aviation or engineering background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court or publications.
• Experience with all stages of litigation including discovery, motions, working with experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues including contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
