Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation: discovery, motions, experts, trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues: contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters.
• Manage matters with national and international significance in aviation and transportation sectors.
• Engage in all phases of litigation from pre-trial to trial and post-trial considerations.
