Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Lead and participate in all discovery phases, including depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy with partners, clients, and experts.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and briefs.
• Maintain proactive client communication with updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with partners on high-value, complex cases.
