Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of network/WAN administration experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong Cisco hands-on experience (IOS, NX-OS).
• CCNA Certification and willingness to travel throughout Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain WAN/LAN infrastructure across core and distributed sites using Cisco IOS and NX-OS.
• Manage Cisco SD-WAN (vManage/vSmart/vEdge) templates, policies, device onboarding, software upgrades, and HA cluster operations.
• Maintain and administer Cisco ISE (802.1X NAC, profiling, guest access), Duo MFA, and Cloudflare Zero Trust configurations.
• Use ThousandEyes, SolarWinds/PRTG, and Splunk to detect issues, analyze performance, and produce incident reports with root-cause analysis.
• Perform vulnerability scans (Qualys/Tenable), coordinate remediation with security teams, and document closure or change-management paths.
• Travel to statewide court locations for emergency network repair, circuit turn-ups, hardware installation, onsite configuration, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory, network diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, configuration repositories, and change-management documentation.
