Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking a Network Administrator II to maintain and support the enterprise network. You will handle Tier 1/2 incidents, assist with expansions, hardware refreshes, and circuit management from our Grand Rapids, MI office.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, expertise with Cisco Catalyst switches, Meraki access points, Versa SD-WAN, and collaboration with the Network Engineering team. Travel ~every six weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• 3–6 years of networking or IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and routing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 network incidents and requests.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to support upgrades and projects.
• Manage network monitoring, diagnostics, and incident documentation.
• Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to track work items.
• Support site builds, hardware refreshes, and WAN circuits.
• Travel to Grand Rapids office and sites ~every six weeks.
