Mid-level Business Development Manager / Capture Manager

Trillion Technology Solutions is currently hiring for a Mid-level Business Development / Capture Manager to help grow new business. The candidate will support Trillion's business development in the government and commercial sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating and developing responses to RFPs/RFQs, identifying new business opportunities, conducting capture and teaming activities, and negotiating contracts.

Location: Remote or Reston, VA

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 8+ years supporting business development and capture management for federal contracts
  • 6+ years leading capture efforts in federal procurements
  • 5+ years in pricing, proposals, and complex procurement services
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
  • Experience managing and writing proposals
  • Ability to relate to technical and non-technical professionals

Preferred Skills:

  • Business development research and opportunity creation (60%)
  • Leading strategic capture efforts (30%)
  • Supporting proposal development (10%)
