Job summary

Cardinal Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the mid-day shift. You will perform inbound/outbound tasks, operate RF scanner, and assist in processing orders to keep products moving toward customers.

This role requires lift up to 50 lbs, overtime readiness, and willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1-2 years related experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• PIT experience is preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate areas.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas including inbound and outbound.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF scanner, and input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish inventory.
• Use voice-pick system to select items and place on cart.
• Palletize items, wrap for shipment, and pack small items.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
