Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a warehouse associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will use RF scanners and voice-pick systems to move products efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, cross-training in multiple areas, operating equipment, and ensuring accuracy. Standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and overtime flexibility are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in the English language with reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• Cross-train in Inbound and Outbound operations.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF scanner, and input data.
• Operate equipment and palletize items for shipment.
• Utilize voice-pick system for selecting items and place on carts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow EHS policies.
